14-Day Money Back Guarantee (Non-Fault Returns)

We offer a 14-day money back guarantee on all electrical purchases. If you change your mind or no longer want the product, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is in its original condition, and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is provided

• You’ve contacted customer services before returning

“Non-fault” returns are the customer’s responsibility:

 This means:

• Return shipping costs are not covered by Kevin Junior Products Ltd

• The original shipping cost is non-refundable

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

 Manufacturer Fault Returns:

 If your product develops a manufacturer fault, you are entitled to a remedy under our warranty.

 In the case of a confirmed manufacturer fault:

  • We will provide a replacement product
  • We will refund the return shipping cost

Please contact us before returning any faulty item so we can provide return instructions.

 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty:

 All products sold by Kevin Junior Products Ltd come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Water damage
  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse, neglect, or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear

If a warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos if applicable

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

2. Returns must be posted with full tracking, any loss of returned items in transit is the responsibility of the customer sending. 

3. Please put a note in with your return stating your name, address, and reason for return.

ALL MANUFACTURER FAULT RELATED RETURNS ARE INSPECTED FULLY, WE WILL OPEN THE PRODUCT TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE. SO ONLY SEND BACK IF YOU'RE CONFIDENT ITS NOT WATER / ACCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
