Item(s) must be returned in the EXACT same condition they were received in, with all packaging and accessories intact (No cosmetic damage) Returned exactly how sent, boxed and with everything inside.

3. Item(s) must be posted with full tracking, any loss of item(s) in transit is the responsibility of customer.

(NO REFUNDS ON POSTAGE UNLESS RETURNING FAULTY ITEMS)

4. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving them, the guarantee is void after that.
